We’re all familiar with the domination and subsequent demise of Cream on Liverpool’s club scene. However, some may not know about the aftermath. Out of this mess arose two club nights: “Circus” and the riotous “Chibuku”, both monthly outings at the Masque/Barfly. Other than their monthly parties they have held a one-off joint party at Nation in Liverpool for over 3000 people, hosted two joint parties at Pacha in Ibiza and both hosted a tent at Creamfields – Circus hosting an arena jointly with Darren Emerson‘s Underwater and Chibuku with their own area.

Naturally, a compilation was created by the caretakers of these two dominating nights: “Circus and Chibuku Present Yousef and Krafty Kuts“. The result of this joint collaboration effort is an exclusive glimpse into two of the most electrifying club nights in Liverpool, which would put them high in the running for two of the best nights in the world. You don’t have to travel farther than your CD deck to experience the electric flavor of Circus and Chibuku. Featuring tracks from Felix Da Housecat, Tim Deluxe and the Yousef and Danny S Re-Edit of Armand Van Helden‘s My My My, the album will undoubedtly be in your ears for a long time.
