Miami’s legendary House duo Murk take up residency at Crobar, New York City. Get the full details here.

“Following the success of my Miami residency with CROBAR, I am honored to be asked to continue this in New York – a city which has always been
a source of inspiration to me and Oscar. We both love the Crobar New York space, and we can’t wait to inject some Miami into the space.”
– Ralph Falcon

Murk is the House duo made up of Oscar G. and Ralph Falcon. For the past 10 years these guys reached the top of the Miami House scene. Oscar G is resident at Space Miami and Ralph Falcon is resident at Crobar Miami, two of the area’s most prestigious clubs. Now they will take their Miami sound and notable marathon DJ sets to the Big Apple.

As producers, they released the infamous 1996 single “Fired Up” under the Funky Green Dogs monikers. How can we forget that hook: “You got me fired up / fired up / you got me so,”. I still hear that track to this day. In 2002, Murk had another hit on their hands with “Dark Beat,” a track that spent 3 weeks at number one on the Billboard Club Play Chart.“We are eagerly looking forward to bringing the Miami flavor to New York City. Ralph and I have been looking for a home in New York for some time
now and we can’t think of a better place than Crobar. We hope to build a special monthly event where we can expose New Yorkers to the hot and
sexy Miami vibe.”
– Oscar G.

Murk will launch a brand new monthly residency at New York City’s Crobar. The initial performance will take place on FridayJanuary 21 and subsequent performances will follow on the second Friday of each month. Oscar and Ralph will switch off DJ duties throughout the evening.

Crobar NYC is a perfect fit for Murk. The club recently
hosted performances from world class talents including John Digweed,
Deep Dish and Paul van Dyk, and is currently New York home base for Sasha and Sander Kleinenberg.

A big welcome to NYC from IDJ.
