Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil is facing battery domestic violence and disorderly conduct charges in Las Vegas. His ex-girlfriend Alicia Jacobs filed a criminal complaint today that accuses 50-year-old Neil of poking his finger into her chest in addition to cursing and poking two of her friends in a casino on March 24.

According to police, the rocker barged into the Shimmer Cabaret Theater and confronted Jacobs and two of her friends as they were watching a Hal Sparks performance. Apparently upset she was seeing the show with a guy, Neil hurled obscenities at a 45-year-old Sun columnist and editor, whom Jacobs claimed was a platonic friend, along with the another member of the party. Neil then allegedly got physical, jabbing his finger into each of one of them.

The charges come less than six weeks after he was released from the Clark County jail for driving drunk on the Las Vegas strip last summer. He served 10 days and was released Feb. 25 and is still on probation. Neil is to appear in court on May 2nd.
