I listen to just about everything, it just depends. I try to keep an open mind about music as a whole and the possible influence something can have on my style of production.

As for my music, I must admit the best description would probably be electronic /(VERY) experimental, from there it is all fair game! I don't go any further in "genre" than that simply because things change from song to song, I love playing with whatever idea grabs me and doesn't let go. Most of the time it works, sometimes I have to put it on hold to learn how to get the result I want, but I'm always working on something.
As for hardware and software, I'm fairly basic. I'm working with Reason 4 and an Oxygen 49. Ummmm, lemme see, I've used Audacity for some tweaking. Thats is about the extent of what I'm using so far, hey, I have a wife and two daughters, so, me and money don't get to hang together long!
I love my family though, they put up with me and my works, my 5 year old daughter is my measure for a song. If she dances, I'm in the ball park of something that grooves :)
