The Moon Room is a hard-hitting yet melodic industrial rock band coming out of the unforgiving desert landscape that is Tucson, Arizona. Consisting of, husband and wife, William and Cassandra R., as well as second generation musician Garrett "Muley" C. taking on bass and synthesizer duty. Together as The Moon Room they have been able to craft a high energy, raw sound that is at times a throwback to industrial bands from the late 80's and throughout the 90's such as Chemlab, KMFDM, Front Line Assembly, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, as well as a thrust of Ministry, which is then spliced onto an irresistibly danceable electro house sonic backbone that may bring Deadmau5 or David Guetta to mind. All set to the bleak mood of The Greatest Recession with dark subject matter ranging from political oppression/tyranny, Orwellenism and conspiracy theories, as well as articulating the spiritual and psychic pain of living through it all.

This extremely approachable while highly aggressive sound is the brainchild of vocalist/guitarist/programmer/producer Willie R., a former Artist of The Week on the popular electronic music site InternetDJ.com, and vocalist/programmer Cassandra R. who graces us with her ethereal voice while she is not providing beauty enhancements as a successful Cosmetology student.

Willie, an Economics Major at the University of Arizona, started out back in 2003 playing acoustic guitar and writing songs for the unplugged alternative band Ego Jones. Then transforming into a noted electro house producer under the alias, Arita. It is during this time in 2006 that he began to work musically with then girlfriend, painter, and Art Education major, Cassandra Owen. They began to work on merging together the electronic and the analog by forming the electronica based rock band, The Bleeding Circus, with Willie's former band-mate from Ego Jones, published illustrator, ex-guitarist for The Abominable Snowman Project, and childhood friend Garrett C. Willie and Cassandra in 2008 then formed the electro pop duo, The Gates of Aeon.

After a three year musical hiatus, a global financial implosion, a career crisis, a political awakening, and a marriage, Willie, Cassandra, and Garrett have decided to get back to breakneck, catchy and unique industrial music that shines through what has become a highly homogenized genre when the world needs it most!.
