Hi,

You can now install google analytics within your music profile. By using this service, InternetDJ artists can track metrics such as pageviews, site visits, referrals and Google search keywords.

visit your artist manager and choose Web Analytics under Reports to set it up.

Yes, finally it happened! Thank you!

I already have an Analytics account, can I just track with the same one or do I need to make a new account on there?

Yes, you should be ok. Try it out. You can always create a new google site id if it doesn't work as expected.

It doesn't seem to be working for me. I went through the process, as instructed, but I wasn't asked to enter an 'Account Name' ever. I entered the URL, then "Profile Name" was the only other available field. I put "Sonaris" in that and clicked ok. Then pasted "UA-17448103-4" into the iDJ dialog. But, analytics is showing "tracking unknown" for me. Any ideas?

Hi, might take 24hours to activate. It also might be a good idea to enter your public artist profile URL instead of InternetDJ.com. I updated the instructions.

Yep.. that was it. You need to enter your artist profile url so it can pick up your tag. Works for me now and I updated the instructions on our site.

Should I still change it to /Sonaris? It's showing up with a green checkmark to me now, as is.

Awesome! Perhaps one of the highest value-add features yet! Thanks Michael!

Glad you like it! Sonaris, if it's green, it should be collecting data.

Any other off site integration ideas like this, please let me know. This one was easy!
