Loving that pulseing deep bass you have in there. Great sidechaining useage, not too much but not to little, perfect! | A amazing concept here mate, quality lead sound & Melody. Mastering is well done and the overall structure is good. My only issue is that it could have been so much better if there was less distortion, expecially on the kick. Dont get rid of it all just lower it abit so you heard the sound abit more. | Far to much low end, the mix sounds muddy, confused, I have this trouble also but have been looking at improving my sound by EQ ing. Im not sure which software you use but add a eq to each part, Hats are High so roll of the low end and perhaps add some Hi End, Bass is low so roll of some off the high end and perhaps add some low end. Kicks are generally low so roll of some high but not too much as you don't want to lose any of the punch/colour. Snares generally tend to sit in the middle of the mix, perhaps slightly to the higher end though. Synths, FX tend to sit in the middle also but may need some tweaking either way depending on the sounds used and what feels right. Its all about expermentation! | Nice idea, more like prog house than funky though mate. Anyways i think a better choice of kick is needs this one seems abit hard and loud, maybe something deeper sounding, perhaps EQ out the high onit and enhance the lowed. Great synths and bass. Although it seems to end rather abrubtly like the journey was cut short, there wasnt much in terms of a breakdown or any real builds.Overall a good job mate.
