| He can compose great original sounding music, Building Steam with a Grain of Salt is a great track. Compared to alot of these dance/trance DJ's, who rely on repetetive 4/4 kicks and boring loud singing accompanied by unoriginal trancey melodies, he wipes the floor with them :) | ||

| shadow is the man, had a founding style which has grown but nobody can duplicate, i noticed RJD2 another great dj following his styles, but shadow made pure art when nobody else was. | ||

| It seems like every time I put on 'Endtroducing', 'The Private Press' or 'Preemptive Strike' my mouth opens and I have to listen to it more. DJ Shadow was the one that got me interested into all this DJ stuff in the first place. I looked into other similar types of music (Downtempo, Trip Hop or whatever you call it) and it's alright, but nothing...nothing man, rivals the quality of Shadow's tracks. In my opinion, best DJ of all time. | ||
