I dig it. Really nice asymetrical groove. Only thing I would add is a thick-ass bassline. You know - some bass that you can feel in your chest. Double your bass - double your pleasure. Nice work tho. (Posted on: Aug 27, 2005)

(response from artist) ha i don't want to go overboard with bass, but this is experimental so it's not perfect. thanks for the review, glad you like it.

this beat needs helpits kind of unsettling...put some more time into it...these fx are cool though and right up my avenue...this song isnt my bag though but i rate as if it were. im an fx man and just for those fx ill be partial. (Posted on: Aug 17, 2005)
(response from artist) unsettling? it's not supposed to be clean and 'settled' that was kind of the point, but oh well. thanks for the review.

Unsettling Intro, beat starts out, left of center. These are some real broken beats. This tune is very busy, but it comes together well. I have a little brother about your age that produces as well. It's really amazing to see what you guys come up with. all in all a very complex work. well done. (Posted on: Aug 16, 2005)
(response from artist) i have no idea what you mean by left of centre, but its not that busy, basically a beat, strings and singing. i guess that's subjective. thanks for the review though, always appreciated.

don't worry about those kids, your my new favorite on idj... its true though, this track is a little different from your other shit though i say its still good. the concept of the song is good and all the fading is cool, but i think the sample's the weak point of this track... or it just needs a good counterpoint to balance shit out. either way them shits r great. (Posted on: Aug 15, 2005)
(response from artist) cheers DJ Tip Minus. most of my tracks are different from eachother, just coz i don't like making things that sound the same, music just ends up dull that way. this track was really built around two instruments and that was the vocal sample and the introduction middle eastern sounding 'horn'. really what i need is a program to break down samples into individual components, so then i can rework them professionally and hopefully keep everything in time. thanks for your review, always appreciated.

Its are very strange track you have here dude! But it has some wierd effect that keeps you listening. Some of the elements sound a lil lofi but no biggie. And ya work on the percussion, timing it is way off in some spots. Anyhow keep it up dude :) (Posted on: Aug 13, 2005)
(response from artist) thanks hemicube. yeah some of the perc is a little off timing, think because i used some samples. thanks for the review.
